NO KIDS PLEASE

(Unless they’re getting their hair done too)

As much as we love children, we ask that you please arrange child care the date of your hair appointment. There are many liabilities in the salon, and it is much safer to keep the kids at home. Plus, its far more enjoyable for fellow customers.

CLIENT BEHAVIOR 

We try our very best to please all of our clients. If you have a comment, concern, or complaint, we want to know. Please show respect to your service provider by using calm, dignified speech. Fowl language and insults are unacceptable and will get you banned from our salon.

TARDINESS / CANCELLATIONS

If you are going to be more than 5 minutes late to your appointment – please call ahead. If you arrive beyond 15 minutes late, you may have to forfeit your appointment completely. Your appointments are very important to me. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, I respectfully request at least 24 hr notice for cancellations. If you cancel less than 24 hrs in advance, it’s considered a “no show”. There is a $30 fee for these missed appointments that must be paid before booking your next appointment.
